Gorgeous George is a sweet, good-looking boy who was recently rescued from a high kill shelter. He is only about a year old and he weighs about 60 lbs. He is a Lab mix but may have some Hound in him. We really can't say for sure. Your life-of-the-party guy, George's motto is "I don't wanna grow up, I just wanna have fun!" He has the typical temperament of any young Lab! A youthful one year old, George was the perfect counterpart to his fun-loving and light-hearted roommate at the sending shelter, Sandra. George is engaging and interactive with human friends, draping himself over laps, giving kisses, and rolling all about. He would surely make a good running buddy! George will be flashing his signature big grin when he hears his name called to come on home!! George can be a bit impetuous and he doesn't seem to understand why there are some dogs that just don't want to play with him. So, he might not be the best match for very straight-laced or senior pets. This boy would love to have a high energy friend to play with. George has been working with our trainer and he is learning to focus. Gorgeous George has already been neutered and he is current with vaccinations. He has recently been tested for heart-worm disease and he is negative. This sweet boy will be available for adoption on July 27th and we are taking applications for him now.
