Chris is a sweet, male, Rottie? Hound? mix who was recently rescued from a high kill shelter. He is a sweet calm boy!! Chris is a true All-American dog! He has the Rottweiler coloring but a smaller stature with a big, blocky head (that will look better proportioned when he has added a few pounds to his frame). All of this is topped off with a goofy grin! Chris is about 2-3 years old and he weighs about 35-40 lbs. He loves to go for walks and meet new people. Although he is a little bit on the shy side, he does enjoy getting attention from folks and he does walk very well on the leash. Chris tends to get along with most everyone, both human and canine. He is in a foster home with a cat and gets along well with him, too. This guy can be intimidated by very high energy dogs so he prefers to hang out with calmer, well behaved friends. Chris is already neutered, current with vaccinations and he did test negative for heart-worm disease.
